Paintman

As a career painter, it is your duty to turn the dark and drab into the light and exciting. Your latest job: paint a dungeon's basement!

Gameplay

Complete levels by painting the required amount of tiles, unlock powerups by painting bonus tiles, and take on enemies who want to keep things dim and desolate in the basement dungeon.

Controls (configurable in settings.cfg):

Arrow keys - Move

Shift - Turn in place

Development

 Written entirely in C++ and SDL2 using StraubEngine, which makes uses of the cute_sound and tmxlite headers.

Paintman is an entry for the 1-Bit Jam (theme: light & dark). Source code for this game can be found here.
